AFWA President's Task Force on Wildlife Diversity Funding

As we enter the third decade of the Teaming With Wildlife (TWW) initiative, the AFWA President’s Task Force on Wildlife Diversity Funding was chartered in April 2011 to review and assess the past work of the TWW program and explore how AFWA can best position itself to achieve our ultimate goal of dedicated funding. The task force members and their staff carefully reviewed the history of TWW and discussed the program’s successes, failures, and future. Based on its assessment, the task force developed a report with recommendations for achieving robust, consistent, and sustained funding for the conservation of our States’ and nation’s fish and wildlife diversity.
