In 1984, three hard working brothers with a small home office and the goal of owning their own business founded Bear Construction Company. While Nick, George and Jim Wienold started the firm as a carpentry contractor, they quickly realized their hard work and attention to detail frequently outpaced the general contractors who often employed the young company. At the encouragement of many satisfied customers, the brothers expanded the scope of the company to focus on general contracting.
