Wyoming The National Bowhunter Education Foundation (NBEF) is an independent, nonprofit, tax exempt education organization that develops, implements and administers the International Bowhunter Education Program. The NBEF was created to ensure bowhunting’s future existence in a world steadily growing away from the hunting tradition. Its goal is to improve the quality of our ranks through education and protect our bowhunting privileges.
