Virginia Citizens for a Clean Lynchburg, Inc. (CCL) concerns itself with solid waste management issues with the purpose of educating the community and instilling in the citizens a sense of individual responsibility and pride which we hope will result in a cleaner, safer and more beautiful Lynchburg. CCL is a non-profit, nonpartisan and educational organization as described by Section 501 © (3) of the Internal Revenue Code of 1954.
