Duval Audubon Society
ABOUT US
The Duval Audubon Society, founded in 1939, is one of 44 chapters of Florida Audubon and a member of National Audubon. We currently have 1,500 members in Clay, Duval, and Nassau Counties and are a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization.
Our chapter is dedicated to the enjoyment of birds and other wildlife. We have a primary focus on the preservation of a diversity of species and habitats through education, conservation, environmental leadership, and community involvement. We offer a variety of field trips and programs that are open for anyone to attend. Please browse through this web site, attend one of our field trips or meetings, or contact any one of our board members if you’d like more information about our activities or how to join the Duval Audubon Society.
