ABOUT US
The Idaho Conservation Officers Association (ICOA) was formed in September of 1976 for the purpose of providing a mechanism for; good fellowship and loyalty to the Idaho Department of Fish and Game and fellow officers, protecting and perpetuating wildlife resources of Idaho, promoting a more efficient and able body of Conservation Officers, aiding in any manner possible a brother or sister officer in distress.
