KEEP WINTER HAVEN CLEAN & BEAUTIFUL works with a volunteer force to carry out its projects. It is governed by a Board of Directors comprised of community leaders and residents from the Winter Haven area. KWHC&B is funded through financial and in-kind contributions from individuals and local organizations and is supported by the City of Winter Haven. We are a 501(c)(3) tax exempt organization. In the future we will depend on financial contributions from industry and businesses.
