ABOUT US
The Lockheed Elementary Leadership Academy fosters opportunities for kindergarten through fifth grade students to develop their leadership capacity. The program provides students with opportunities and guidance to see themselves as leaders by applying principles outlined in Dr. Steven Covey’s work, “The Seven Habits of Highly Effective People”. These principles provide our staff and students with a common language in pursuit of personal, academic and professional growth. Additionally, at Lockheed there is an enduring emphasis on 21st Century skills development, which supports each student’s growth in the areas of digital literacy, inventive thinking, effective communication and personal productivity. These practices contribute to lives of continued success for our students.
